While uploading new photos on my computer, I explored some of my old ones and found these gems, which are evidence of my very wrong sense of humor and stellar phone picture taking "creeper" skills. The pictures were taken at a farmer's market near Penn that I volunteered at with my club. Living in Pennsylvania, a lot of the yummy/fresh foods at the market, came from the Amish, and, as much as I enjoyed the foods, I could not help but watch the families as if they were a cultural experiment (I mean I WAS an Anthropology student), or worse, part of the attractions at "Amish Disney World".
Also, as I am known for being nothing but honest (and a bit unfilterable), I must point out that I spent much of the day contemplating how they got to Philadelphia without being able to drive a car. Images of a horse and buggy filled with homemade food and families driving down the highway filled my head, and I couldn't help but smirk.
