A recent study found that people are happier if they have deep meaningful conversations, instead of talking about TV and the weather. Researchers were quoted as saying that this is contradictory to the "Don't worry, be Happy" (do do do do do... do do do do do do do...) mentality, but I think you have actually have less worries when you better understand the world around you and you have people in your life worth REALLY talking to. This study is also good news to us nerds who are constantly thinking and probably find ways to have meaningful conversations about the weather or TV (and would probably mess up the study's conversation classification system). Next time I do that though, I have an excuse for my insane train of thought and random depth of knowledge...I will simply smile and say "I did it for happiness".
